We can transcribe your documents to various audio formats. Documents are adapted for audio where necessary, including transcription of diagrams and pictures if appropriate. Our audio documents can include: Indexing for finding information fast - including tone indexing on audio tape. Our Classic Service enables you to receive any document in any of our Audio formats. Our usual turnaround time is 3 working days, dependent on the length of the document. We can produce CD, Tape, Daisy and Podcast audio formats. All documents are prepared thoroughly to create an appropriate script and indexing system.

The following chart shows our rates, but please just send us your document for a full quotation.

Prices quoted are per A4 page (approximately 500 words) unless stated otherwise.
You can expect approximately 18 pages to fit on a standard CD or Audio Tape.
Approximately 180 pages will fit on an mp3 CD.
* Please note that if you cannot provide your document in an appropriate electronic format, then a conversion charge will be added.

Standard Presentation:
All Audio CDs and Tapes include print labels free-of-charge.
CDs are packed into wallets or cases (depending on number of CDs), Tapes into cases.

Other Options:
Various electronic formats are available on CD including wav, mp3, and mp3 podcast.
Audio Tape Presentation Cases are available for sets of 2-12 tapes.
Braille labels and Inlay cards are available (Click here).
Conversion between formats: £10.00/media.
Various other presentation options are available on request for an additional charge.
