Braille is a tactile language read by many blind people. We can translate your documents into Braille for you – from single-page letters, magazines and reports to large catalogues and books. The process is simple for you: just send us a copy of your document, and we will do all the specialist work, including dealing with complex items such as tables, forms and graphs. Having your documents available in Braille will increase your accessibility, help you meet your legal requirements, and also through advertising can project a great image to all your clients.

Classic Service
Our Classic Service enables you to receive any document in Braille, as quickly as possible. All documents are thoroughly edited to give a consistent and easy-to-use Braille layout. A print title will also be added to enable sighted people to identify the Braille document.

Prices quoted are per A4 page (approximately 500 words).
Please note that if you cannot provide your document in an appropriate electronic format, then a conversion charge will be added.
Standard Presentation:
Braille is produced on A4 white 160gsm paper, with black ink title on cover.
Braille documents include stapling/comb-binding/filing (depending on size) free-of-charge.
Other Options:
Print title on each page/side: extra 40p/page.
Colour covers: £12 for 1 copy; £6 per copy for up to 5; £2.50 per copy thereafter.
Black Dot Artwork: £3.70 for 1 item; £12.00 for 14 items;
80p/item up to 50; 35p/item up to 200; 11p/item thereafter.
Black Dot Artwork – foreign language: £6.00 for 1 item; £17.00 for 14 items;
£1.30/item up to 50; 55p/item up to 200; 17p/item thereafter
