Many visually impaired people can access text using their computers. We transcribe documents so that they are compatible with the largest range of text reading and enlarging software possible. This means that we will check:
- file type
- text layout
- formatting of any tables
- transcription of non-text items e.g diagrams, graphs, pictures

Prices quoted are per A4 page (approximately 500 words) unless stated otherwise.
You can expect approximately 10,000 on a CD.
Please note that if you cannot provide your document in an appropriate electronic format, then a conversion charge will be added.
Standard Presentation:
Files are saved in Word and rtf format for increased accessibility.
Disks and CDs include print labels free-of-charge.
CDs are packed into wallets or cases (depending on number of CDs).
Other Options:
